Getting into the property

• The keys are in a lockbox on-site.
• Guests will be emailed a self-check-in form which requires some basic information and a copy of a valid ID. Once completed guests will receive the check-in instructions.

Security Deposit

• We don't collect damage deposits from the time of booking. Guests only get charged if they cause damage during their stay

Cancellation Policy

• Guests can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
